Owner Builder Personal Accident Insurance is a no frills, Owner Builder specific insurance.

It protects the Owner Builder, their partner and family member whilst on the construction site and during the construction period.

It provides cover for:

1. Personal accident – provides cover for a Capital Benefit payment for an accident causing injury or cover for total or partial disablement following an accident, whereby weekly benefits are paid for the nominated period. This product covers the insured whilst on the construction site and for the duration of the construction phase.
2. Partner or spouse and other direct family members can be declared on the Owner Builder Personal Accident Insurance policy to further protect members whilst on site

Owner Builder Personal Accident Insurance scheme is low cost but provides specific Owner Builder protection during the critical phases of the building process. Protection is exclusively afforded whilst the insured and declared family members are on the construction site and only during the construction phase.
