What can be included in the Policy:
We can provide the protection of a Broadform Liability Policy which can put your mind at ease with the knowledge that if there is a disaster it will not cost you your land in legal and compensation costs.
Vacant land cover offers two levels of cover. $10,000,000 or $20,000,000 for Vacant Land from 0 to 5 acres in area.
We can also insure land with unoccupied dwellings and their domestic outbuildings or land with an unoccupied shed on the block.
